What we verify

Guidance before promises.

Exact blanks, materials, methods, colors, minimums, prices, and timing enter the estimate only after capability review.

Blanks and methods

Brand, fabric, fit, weight, color, size range, stock, decoration compatibility, and care must be verified before quoting.

Placement and sizing

Decoration dimensions and location depend on garment construction, seams, pockets, panels, size changes, and artwork detail.

Teams and groups

Size and personalization data need one accountable owner, a controlled template, duplicate/blank checks, and customer preview.

Customer-supplied apparel

Requires advance approval, material/condition inspection, compatibility review, custody labeling, and a spare or replacement-risk discussion.

Apparel request paths

Start with the people and the purpose.

These paths prepare a request; they do not represent stocked products or guaranteed production capability.

Wear It questions

Important answers before a quote.

No universal minimum is published. The economical quantity depends on the exact garment, source, setup, verified production method, personalization, spoilage allowance, packaging, and current capacity. The estimate states the order-specific minimum or explains why a different approach is recommended.

Share the reference and acceptable tolerance. Availability, dye lots, screen appearance, substrate color, decoration process, lighting, and source changes can affect a physical result. The proof and estimate identify the references and variation boundary; an approved sample may be required.

Do not place private personalization data in general notes unless requested through an approved secure path. A controlled list must reconcile one row to each product, size, color, name, number, quantity, and destination, followed by a customer preview and exact version approval.

The website does not promise a universal turnaround. A committed date follows verified sourcing, artwork readiness, proof approval, required deposit, capacity, testing, production, quality review, packaging, and fulfillment planning.

Only after advance review. Material, construction, coatings, wear, contamination, value, replaceability, method compatibility, custody, testing risk, and the spare or replacement boundary must be accepted before Hays Custom Works takes possession.

Care guidance comes from the confirmed garment manufacturer and verified decoration process. It is included with the approved order; the site does not apply one care claim to every fabric, finish, or production method.
Technique guidance: You do not need to choose engraving, sublimation, transfer, or another method. Describe the intended result. We recommend a verified process only after checking the product, material, artwork, use, finish, quantity, equipment or partner, safety, and quality plan.
