What we verify

Guidance before promises.

Exact blanks, materials, methods, colors, minimums, prices, and timing enter the estimate only after capability review.

Materials and coatings

The vessel material, coating, shape, taper, seams, lids, and heat or process limits must match a verified method.

Artwork placement

Curves, handles, lips, bases, texture, and printable area affect scale, orientation, seams, and wrap alignment.

Care expectations

Dishwasher, microwave, heat, abrasion, and hand-wash guidance must come from the verified blank and method—not a universal claim.

Shipping and breakage

Packaging, carrier, declared value, replacement process, and split shipments affect the estimate.

Drinkware request paths

Plan for the person, setting, and handoff.

These paths prepare a review request; they do not represent stocked vessels, tested performance, or guaranteed production capability.

One personalized gift

Describe the recipient, occasion, vessel preference, capacity, color, placement, name or message, packaging, destination, and meaningful date.

Drink It questions

Important answers before a quote.

No universal minimum is published. The economical quantity depends on the exact vessel, source, setup, verified production method, personalization, testing, spoilage or breakage allowance, packaging, shipping, and current capacity. The estimate states the order-specific minimum.

No care or appliance-safety claim applies to every vessel and method. The approved order must combine the original manufacturer instructions with verified decoration-process limitations. When evidence is unavailable, the claim is not made and conservative care guidance is required.

Curves, taper, handles, seams, printable-area limits, coating, artwork geometry, and the production method affect scale, alignment, overlap, and distortion. The proof identifies the intended orientation and approved tolerance; it is not a physical scale or color guarantee.

Share the brand reference and acceptable tolerance. Vessel color, coating, substrate, lot, decoration process, lighting, and screen appearance can differ. A verified sample or first article may be required for color-sensitive work.

A controlled list must reconcile each name or message to the correct vessel, color, quantity, package, and destination. The customer reviews the exact proof or data preview and approves the immutable version before production.

The estimate must identify protective packaging, item separation, weight, carrier, tracking, declared value when applicable, destination splits, inspection evidence, damage reporting window, responsibility, replacement review, and exceptions. Shipping is not promised until that path is accepted.

The website does not promise a universal turnaround. A committed date follows verified sourcing, artwork readiness, proof approval, required deposit, capacity, testing, production, quality review, protective packaging, and the accepted fulfillment plan.
Technique guidance: You do not need to choose engraving, sublimation, transfer, or another method. Describe the intended result. We recommend a verified process only after checking the product, material, artwork, use, finish, quantity, equipment or partner, safety, and quality plan.
