Can I see a price before I commit?
Yes. A request begins review; it is not a purchase. The estimate identifies the approved product, quantity, preparation, production, tax when applicable, packaging, fulfillment, deposit, balance, assumptions, and expiry before production.
Do I need production-ready artwork?
No. Tell us whether you have a source file, logo, reference, idea, or need design help. We separate production setup from cleanup, recreation, typesetting, personalization, and original design in the estimate.
Is my requested date guaranteed?
Not from the website. A date becomes committed only after the source, material, artwork, proof, required deposit, capacity, production plan, quality checks, packaging, and fulfillment path are confirmed.
Can I bring my own item?
Possibly, but only after advance review. Material, coating, condition, compatibility, value, replaceability, testing risk, custody, and a spare or replacement boundary must be agreed before we accept it.
